Market Stance Holiday Cottage, near Nairn
Situated in Geddes, a small village between Nairn and Cawdor, Market Stance is a detached period cottage oozing charm and character. The ‘C’ listed stone cottage was built in the 18th century with additions made in the latter half of the 20th century.
The cottage offers seclusion and tranquillity surrounded by beautiful formal gardens extending to nearly 2 acres which include a former millpond. The gardens continue into a woodland garden planted with specimen trees and rhododendrons which produce a beautiful display of colour in spring through to summer. This property is a perfect couples retreat.
Nairn is only a couple of miles from Geddes for shopping, restaurants, beaches, swimming pool, leisure centre and 2 championship golf courses.

Turn right for Cawdor and continue past a farm and a row of cottages on your right and Raitcastle Farm road on your left.
Continue down the hill and just past a road on your right and over a small bridge you will see a large bellmouth on the left. Take this turning and continue up the hill. The road bears right round the graveyard at the top of the hill. Market Stance is the next cottage on the left.
